Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Economics and European Studies, Rob began his professional career as a graduate trainee money broker for a boutique firm in the heart of the City of London. A lifelong interest in property however drew Rob to leave the City and begin a long career in Central London, the last 15 years of which has been spent at a boutique agency in Mayfair where he worked alongside James. It was here that Rob forged a large number of strong relationships across the industry as well as building a reputation for being a trusted advisor at the very top end of the Central London Market. Rob also established, grew and ran the residential development department of his previous firm where, in the face of strong competition from much larger international firms, he was responsible for successfully managing a department advising and selling assets worth almost £1.5bn.
  
Rob is also well known in the ‘second-hand market’ and over the years has been responsible for selling some of the largest and most valuable houses in Central London to a value of almost £1bn.
  
When not at work, Rob is a keen sportsman playing tennis to a high standard and has a number of Marathons and Ironman triathlons under his belt, as well as spending quality time with his wife Lucy and their son, as well as family and friends.

Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Politics, James spent a few years working in financial services before an opportunity to work in property presented itself, ultimately leading to a position at a boutique agency in Mayfair where he worked alongside Rob for 15 years. During this time James furthered his education gaining a Masters’ degree in Real Estate and Finance and later promoted to Managing Director of the firm. Taking over the running of the sales, valuations and lettings departments the company expandedthe work force and doubled their market share in both volume and value of transactions.
  
James has a wide network of clients and contacts across the industry and is well known for selling at the very highest level in the prime Central London Market, personally responsible for over £1bn worth of transactions.
  
When not at work, James is a keen runner and has a great interest in Rugby which he played to a very high standard. Weekends are mostly spent with his wife Georgina and three young daughters.

Hugo has worked within Mayfair residential sales since 2014 taking two years out to build his network in Europe and New York. Having returned to the Prime Central London market Hugo brings years of experience in transacting at the highest level whilst providing exceptional service and knowledge. Hugo has a strong rapport with clients in the area having gained their trust and confidence over the past 6 years and is personally responsible for over £300m worth of transactions.
   
Outside of work, Hugo enjoys playing golf and escaping for weekends by the ocean. He is also a keen gym goer and enjoys a Sunday roast with family and friends.

Luke has worked within the Prime Central London rental market since 2015 with the majority of his career based in and focusing on Mayfair. Luke began his career working for a small Developer in Oxfordshire which is where he gained his passion for all things property! He has joins us from a boutique agency in Mayfair, where he managed the Lettings team acting for a multitude of landlords including Grosvenor, Pegasi and The Crown Estate to name but a few. Luke brings a strong rapport with clients and tenants in the area having gained their trust and confidence over the last 8 years.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing golf and tennis, and can often be found on the banks of the River Test fly fishing with his father, as well as spending time in the Cotswolds with his fiancé and young daughter. He is also a keen runner, having competed in various marathons and races, raising money for various charities along the way.

Having worked in the commercial market within Mayfair, Kai joins us with 2 years of invaluable experience gained at a Mayfair boutique, dealing with high end office buildings across central London working with various asset management companies and private family offices. Following a constant interest in property throughout his life, watching his parents renovate houses and watching Grand Designs from an early age, Kai decided to venture into the residential sector.

Away from work Kai enjoys hiking in the Black Mountains where he grew up, socialising with friends and has recently taken up rowing.
